Resume Data

When you upload a PDF resume, we parse the text content to generate relevant interview questions. We store the file securely.

Audio & Transcripts

If you use the voice feature, we temporarily process your audio with external thirdparty (OpenAI) to transcribe it into text. We dont store the text transcript separately. we only use it to prefill the answer input.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations.

  • To generate personalized interview questions based on your resume.
  • To provide AI-driven feedback on your interview answers.
  • To facilitate account creation and logon processes.
  • To maintain the safety and security of our platform.

4. AI & Third-Party Sharing

We utilize third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to process text and audio.

Note regarding AI Training: We utilize enterprise-grade APIs where data sent is not used to train the provider's public models. Your resume and interview answers remain private to your session.

We also use:

  • OTP: For secure authentication.
  • Stripe/LemonSqueezy: For payment processing (we do not store credit card details).
  • Hetzner(eu): For hosting and data storage.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (resumes, interview history) at any time directly through your dashboard or by contacting us.
